Desfiacoco means 'reeling off the head'; or maybe something you say when you're thinking hard about a new solution. It's also a prestigious independent Brazilian product design brand, being part of exhibitions in museums such as MoMA and awarded by iF Design Award multiple times — all of which demanded a fresh new approach in terms of brand image.
While working at Labis/Artefice, I was trusted to redesign the brand's visual language based on its principles, and ultimately elevate its perception throughout multiple touchpoints, such as print and digital mediums, including the website redesign and the image registry of the extensive press publications.
This project was selected for the 10th Brazilian Graphic Design Biennial — ADG (Associação dos Designers Gráficos do Brasil) and was awarded at the Brand New Awards by UnderConsideration, LLC; a big honor since Paula Scher was head of the jury.
